Discovery call with the client(s) to understand their goals, challenges, and needs

Draft proposal, detailing the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and how my expertise will address their needs and budget.

Finalize an SOW document that clearly defines the project scope, objectives, responsibilities, key milestones, and deadlines including price and payment terms.

Step 4

Execute the assignment as outlined, maintaining regular updates with the client. Use agreed-upon channels for status reports, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns or new insights.
